This is real feedback as a candidate I would like to share with you about Marquardt process. 1.Please note, job discription was for Autosar lead but first interview done for non Autosar. 2.Interview supposed to start at around 10am. But it started at 11:30am.with different panel who didn't have correct skillsets. 3.Even after my brief introduction, they stared interview for non Autosar. Which sounds very odd. 4.They not studied candidate's profile before shortlisting against job descriptions. 5 during Managerial round, manager was mostly attending calls. This is absolutely not professional, clearly looks like that Manger is not focused on his duties/work. 6.Manager was arrogant during discussion. 7.I spend almost 7.5hr to get interact with manager. ( I lost my valuable time). This is my impression with Marquardt hiring process. And one of my worst interview experience ever.
