- The interview started with the technical lead and another mobile developer. The interview had general technical questions in Android and iOS. It was friendly and easy. - I received positive feedback and invitation to another interview with another developer. It was also friendly and had a good first impression of the company and the team. - Culture Fit interviews with hiring committee or multiple employees from different departments. Those are mainly behavioral questions which I haven't been very prepared for. This was 3 separate interviews on the same day online, each taking about 50m with a 10m break. - Finally, I had an interview with CTO, it was also behavioral questions. - A week afterward, I received a rejection with feedback about cultural and communication reasons. Although everyone seemed friendly and professional. The process was lengthy and that was frustrating. Besides all the arguments with or against behavioral questions, prepare for them if you want this job.
