Marlabs Remote Proofreader interview questions

After receiving a text about my application, I was asked for my Microsoft Teams email where I was contacted by HR. I was sent a link to the company website, asked some questions, then was sent a link to a timed interview questionnaire. I was told to let them know when I was done, asked a few more questions through Microsoft Teams and told I would be contacted later in the day after they had reviewed my answers. I was offered the job before the end of the day. It felt sketchy cause I was offered a job without having seen a human face.
