Regular interview. Sat down with the foodhall manager. It was relaxed and not stressful. Asked me behaviour questions, my experience and my availability. It was quite a while ago so I do not remember the exact details.

It was an average in-store interview with the manager, and I heard back within a week. They asked standard interview questions such as why I wanted to work for the company and about my previous experience.

Wasn't told I would be part of a big group interview followed by an individual interview. We did exercises as a group and worked together and answered questions. We then were taken one by one to the 4 interviewers for individual interviews. A lot of the same interview questions you see on Glassdoor came up.
