Question 1
Talk about your role on data science end to end project
I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (London, England)
Interview
The first interview ask about how past experience aligns with M&S values. The second interview is more technical with coding questions, understanding machine learning model, model metrics and problem solving.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer in Sept 2020
Interview
The interview for this role was a 4 stage process. I had an initial call from their talent team, then an interview with a Data Scientist then a technical interview with another Data Scientist and then an interview with the head of the team. The talent team was great at prepping you between each stage so I could prepare well. However this is such an overall negative experience for me because I got to the last stage and they told me the position has gone on hold. I emailed them back after a week to ask for an update and they said they weren't hiring for it anymore. Complete waste of my time and no apology or reasoning given. It was very disappointing after putting in hours and hours of my time and energy, I would not interview at M&S again because of this.
