The process is straightforward. One screening phone call and then panel interview. The questions are not super challenging. Be sure to know some fundamentals of MMM and also review some key concepts in econometrics.

Interview
Applied online with resume, etc. Got an email and phone call screen a couple of weeks later, and the next week got an Intern Test, which was a task to analyze an Excel sheet with some marketing data and create a pitch deck from insights you gathered. A week or two later I got a phone call with an offer. Overall a really frictionless and enjoyable experience compared to a lot of other interviews.

Interview
The interview process took roughly 2 weeks. After an initial screening through a head hunter, I went to an on-site interview and met with 3 employees. After the in-person rounds, I was immediately scheduled for follow-ups with 3 other employees who worked in remote offices. Everyone was extremely welcoming and warm throughout the entire process. The overall process was communicative, helpful, and efficient.
