Quick and straightforward Asked question related to job position. Got offered the j ob the same day, and started the hire process right away. Took awhile to get drug test back since the medication I am on, but they stopped drug testing.

Simple questions about phones and holding people accountable, as well as how to deal with specific day to day tasks relating to phones. No prior sales experience needed, just want to see that you are motivated

Met with a team lead, he interviewed me very briefly, pretty much told me that I had the job within the first ten minutes. Was very nice, understanding, and energetic. Made the job seem fun.
