Our interview process, including the assignment component, has been part of our hiring approach for more than 15 years. Along with a standard set of questions that we ask all candidates, the process is designed to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment across roles. The assignment itself is a simulated exercise intended to help candidates better understand the type of work involved in the role, while also giving us insight into how they think and approach real-world scenarios. Participation is always optional, and candidates are free to decide whether they wish to move forward at any stage.
