Took a while for interview process consisting of first a video submission then the 1st round interview process with the VP and lastly 2nd round with the CEO... whole process was about 2.5 weeks

If an influencer wants to be creative in their posts but haven followed guidelines, how would you allow them to still have creative freedom?

Interview
The interview process was easy to succeed. They asked me general questions and are overall great people to interview with. I enjoyed their friendly attitudes and how they treat the process.
