The first step was a phone interview with HR to talk about the role. Then a video call with the department heads for more specific questions. Last was an on-site interview with the team.

HR contacted me for a short phone screen, seemed excited about my background and requested my availability for the next round of interview with the hiring manager. Ended up ghosting me after (despite multiple email attempts). Well, HR and interview process tell you a lot about the culture of a company tho. In this case, terrible-
