MariaDB interview questions

The process took place online. I was told it would be 3 steps. It took 6 steps including the project and a trip to London. To then not hear back at all. I chased HR and the hiring Manager. I was told they needed to see more people by 1 person, and by another I was told the role was filled! The parameters kept changing ie you will see A and B and C, and them more people were added to the stream of extra hurdles. This is a job process, not a favour you are doing a candidate. It is a fair exchange of work for salary. At no point was I ever asked what I thought about the role, or company or people I met. It was all oneway what I would do or give or produce for them and how. The last interview held in person had 1 member of the team who was hostile throughout. Power struggle. Stop asking for free consultancy work - the project.
