Interview process was standard and I thought went great, with the interviewer expressing great interest in bringing me on the team. After a week and multiple attempts to reconnect with the company, I never heard back. Terrible communication and disorganized.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I think you would be an excellent fit for our team, but we don't know what we actually want to do with this role, so will you be able to sit standby for a couple weeks while figure things out internally?
I had to fill out a very lengthy application, including a personality & IQ test which tested my computational and problem-solving skills, among other things. I had a phone screen with their HR person which went well, but then had an interview with several of the founders. Their interview style showed their lack of experience. They didn't allow any time for me to ask a single question about the role or the company, and cut things off short due to having another meeting after ours.
I followed up with a thank you email asking about next steps, and never heard from them again. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply that I wasn't selected.

They mainly asked "have you done this type of design" questions that were very basic.
