Margle Media interview questions

I had to fill out a very lengthy application, including a personality & IQ test which tested my computational and problem-solving skills, among other things. I had a phone screen with their HR person which went well, but then had an interview with several of the founders. Their interview style showed their lack of experience. They didn't allow any time for me to ask a single question about the role or the company, and cut things off short due to having another meeting after ours. I followed up with a thank you email asking about next steps, and never heard from them again. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply that I wasn't selected.

Applied online for editor role and was interviewed for a seperate position. Was then interviewed in person for another role and was finally offered yet another title. All were somehwat related but very shady process.
