The whole interview has three phases and it did not take long 1) classic interview process (hr) 2) 2 days assignment. Basic etl process 3) virtual on site day. Presentation of the work

I applied and was interviewed online.The hiring process consisted of three parts. I applied at the start of October and got an answer the next day to schedule a behavioral interview, in a few days time. The first/behavioral interview was very chill, the interviewer was very kind and the overall aura was very positive. The interviewer talked about the company for the first half, and for the second half he asked me three questions regarding past experience and knowledge. The process took 50min. After that phase i moved on to the technical round which was 2 days after. It consisted of creating/working a project in 2 days time. This phase while a bit more stressful, i still believe it is superior to leetcoding, as it shows the company your real world skills instead of your theory based ones. Now after passing that stage i moved on to the last one, which was a "virtual on-site day". That meant that i would work a full day from morning till afternoon, as i would if i was part of their team. This might seam a bit odd for an interview phase but i still believe that it showcased my skills a lot more compared to other hiring processes. (And don't think all that effort goes unrewarded) Overall, the process while being time-consuming and abnormal was very pleasant and I personally prefer it over the other types of interview processes.
