First there was a phone interview, regular call where they explain you about the company, and you speak a bit about yourself. Then I was asked to resolve a technical exercise at home (long test, about 10h). After they reviewed, I got called to go to the office to a face 2 face interview. There we discuss about my tests, I got some feedback and I was asked about why did I do the way I did it, it was nice to be able to explain myself. In that interview I also explained my CV, why I wanted a change, etc.
