1st interview...Set a google meet and never showed.
2nd interview set a phone interview and did call on time. Very hard to understand as he has an accent and spoke very low. Poorly managed interview lots of dead air from the get go...I was trying to fill the void with random questions.

just wanted to make sure I knew the position was 100% commission only.
Canceled the day of the interview. Nobody gave a heads up or bothered to reschedule, just stating it was cancelled after I was waiting on zoom for 20 mins. Pass

I was contacted through linkedin. The recruiter as well as the interviewer were late. I was asked very interesting questions regarding my previous job which just so happened to be the competition.
