I was contacted by the owner three months after submitting my application for the position. He scheduled an interview, which went well. Following that, he arranged a second-round interview with the co-owner (his wife), which I accepted. On the day of the second interview, I joined the virtual meeting as scheduled, but unfortunately, no one showed up. This was particularly disappointing since I had taken time off work to attend. About an hour and a half later, the interviewer emailed to apologize, and I decided to give them another chance. We scheduled a new time to connect the following day; however, I never received a meeting invite or any further communication from them.

Interview
2 interviews over zoom. First one is with the founder and second one was with the head of customer care. Then there is a typing assignment where you pretend email back in forth with a costumer.
