Marc J. Bern & Partners interview questions

I thought the position was remote. However, the interviewed said the position was for in-person office work only. I didn't take the position because it was too far away and I was told I would not get a writing sample out of it.

Zoom interview for about 45 minutes followed by an in-person interview. Their salary was a little below what I was currently being paid. I gave a reasonable counter-offer and I never heard anything from anyone again. Usually in my experience if it is not a good fit or they are interviewing other candidates, you generally hear something back. Not just radio silence. I would caution anyone thinking about making a move to this firm, if they make you an offer, they may then never talk to you again.
