To find the right candidate Media Measurement had an assessment day. It started out with a presentation about the company, and after that they moved on to do a group exercise. In this exercise we were given a scenario where we had landed on the moon some 8 miles away from the moon base. We were then given a list of items and were supposed to discuss among us how we would rank the items for surviving the journey to the moon base.
After the group exercise we had a one hour written assessment. It consisted of reading and summarising articles and identifying if the tone was adverse, factual or beneficial. There was also a small maths section where you had to read graphs and tables and calculate percentages and averages.
We also had two interviews, I had one 1:1 interview where one of the partners asked questions about my CV, and one 2:1 interview where they asked questions about me, what makes me perform, why and examples of how I have dealt in various team work situations.
Since this internship required that you speak at least two languages fluently we also had to translate one article for each language into English.
