Interview
I was shortlisted to the technical test. Would take 4 to 8 hours roughly to complete was an at home portion due in 24 hours. They wanted to see how you approached a problem as a developer.

The interview wasn't difficult. they asked you to describe yourself and your experience; then they asked a few technical question to test your knowledge. The questions were based on OOP concepts.

Interview
It was a phone interview that began with basic interview questions by HR, why are you interested in this position, why did you choose mapsted etc. Then I was forwarded to a technical interview on the phone with one of their lead engineers who asked me questions about what's an important aspect of object oriented programming and more about my programming experience.
