They made a joke of the interview and i must say worst Interview ever faced in my life. Wasted my 2 whole days and they will offer you the almost same package by saying that you will have to fine tune your skills. This is there way of negotiating on your offer.

Interview went smoothly. HR informed me next day of interview that you have selected and can join us as soon as possible. Work culture is superb there, managers are like friends.
