Applied online on the MLSE Careers page. Heard back a few days later that got invite for the interview. Came to fill out a form and submitted it along with copy of my resume. Waited till they called me. Interview took 10-15 mins long and got an offer immediately after that.

very easy, laid back, basic interview questions. They made me talk to 2 hiring managers. One as an individual and one as a group. It was simple questions anyone with common sense can answer.
