This interview and hiring process was much easier than I expected. I applied online to the position and within the next few hours received an email, inviting me to the hiring job fair they'd be having the next day. The job fair would be occurring from 4-9pm, so it was very convenient. When I got there, I 'checked in' and sat in a waiting area momentarily before I was called up for an interview along with three other girls. The interviewers (2) and interview was great. There were either 5 different columns and each round, we each had to choose one. The cards basically just had a bunch of different scenarios and we had to explain what we'd do in that situation. Once those cards were done, we each picked a card from a deck of 8 cards and had to sell/advertise a product to the interviewers. Mine was popcorn, others had nachos, fries, etc. The interview was now complete (at least I thought it was), the interviewers then told us to have a seat in the waiting area and we'd be called back. Moments later, he called one girl up and I'm guessing she wasn't selected, then he called three of us up and we sat down and were told we would be moving to the next round, which I was completely unaware of. The next round was individual interviews. I was called up about twenty minutes later and my interviewer was very friendly, all of them were to be exact. He asked me basic questions and at the end of the interview he told me, "I like you, I'm gonna put you through," which I was so grateful for. He told me I would be contacted in the middle/end of the next week as long as my background check goes through. I was contacted on Easter Monday and was offered the job!
