Pretty standard interview process. Basic HR screening was first, then a 1 hour call with the hiring manager that was more of a behavioural fit, then another call with the hiring manager's counter part and Director that was more technical

What do you do if a campaign isn't delivering results as expected?
It was very short but to the point. It was more conversational than straight questions. Process was smooth as they use technology that makes scheduling easy. They are very updront with when they are looking to fill the role which prepares you for the transition.
