Referred from staffing agency; it was a mixed formal/informal interview with two experienced managers from the department; very comfortable and warm environment and approach. They were open to questions as well. Mandatory background check given the sector and clientele (as expected).

15 minute phone interview for screening followed by a 45 minute interview via teams with hiring manager. Very kind people and friendly to speak with. Answered questions respectfully and with a good attitude.
