Positive Experience, HR screening, initial interview and then technical interview. Questions are fairly technical inquiring your previous experiences and then lastly behavioral if you are well fitted in the company. If you passed, next call would be the compensation discussion. three weeks process.

How do you prioritize tasks that are seemingly equal in scope?
Three round interviews. Process is long. Must show your understanding of team management, team encouraging and team leadership. Understanding how to deal with stakeholders, communicating cross teams. Show knowledge of diff technologies skill sets.
