I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Manulife
Interview
Interviewed with the hiring manager and another senior staff member. The interview consisted of behavioral questions to understand your background and experience, as well as some brain teasers to see how you think on your feet. Overall interview difficulty was average.

Question 1
How would you describe the colour yellow to a blind person?
Couple 2 rounds or so and final with department head. Was alright but the review process was very slow. Might be due to the period. But ultimately still was not offered.
3 interviews, engaging conversations with transparent answers. I felt that the people were authentic and genuine in sharing their experiences with the organization. And I was grateful to have met a wide variety of people to help me make a better educated decision.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife in Jul 2024
Interview
I really looked up to this brand for it's global culture. After 6 rounds of interviews and calls for a Director-level position they rejected my candidature (which is completely ok). When asked for a call/feedback as to why the rejection, I received no response from the HR personnel, nor the hiring manager.
