There were about 3 interviews, first on telephone, then with manager and then with the director. Overall a positive and professional experience

It was more of a 5 minute meet with my potential new manager. She discussed the job title, that there may be a raining period in a different province but no real benefits were discussed. Then I heard from my current manager (after inquiring about the position) that I had actually been selected. Other oetsitions were much more well managed, informative and followed up upon by the manager for each department. Interviews were individual, panel interview with 2-3 managers or a Skype interview.
