Interview
Quick phone interview, then brought in to meet the manager where I was offered the position on the spot. Very fast process. The HR Rep who handled my onboarding was great, very professional and communicative. Very thorough background check through a third-party company. After I accepted the offer I was brought in to meet the entire team, which I thought was nice as well. It took about a week and a half from the time I accepted the offer to the time the background check was completed and I was cleared to start working.

Question 1
My now manager asked me to bring in copies of my reports and presentations that I put together at my current job.
Composed of technical and behavioural. 2 rounds. Meeting with HR and all team members. The interview comes in weeks and the process is smooth. Questions are on average, not too hard, prepare the resume should be good.
It’s was very easy! I happen to be in my field for 12 years. My interviewer was very knowledgeable and knew what he was looking for. Stress free interview and interviewer.
