Overall incredibly poor communication and lack of respect for my time. Four separate video interviews plus a take home test and slide presentation on my past work, took over a month because they took a long time to schedule things. This was followed by nearly two months of little to no communication other than they were "on track to make a decision soon." Finally got a completely impersonal email saying they had "closed the position search for this position." Heard they had a senior team member leave suddenly which may explain delays, but no excuse for lack of communication.
