HR connected through linkedin then after 2 days, received call from hiring person. 1 st technical round Interview scheduled. The interviewer was very nice and humble person and asked me some basic of salesforce and some scenario based questions, I was able to answer all the questions with confidence. I have cleared Ist round. 2nd round scheduled 4 days later. This time interviewer was in very hurry, looks like he was missing something. He asked me some scenario based questions and I was able to answer 90% questions confidently. Interview last only for 20 minutes.he was full of arrogant type. If someone not able to answer one question on time, it doesn't he/she doesn't have the ability to perform well. May be at that point of time, candidate not able to answer your one question but at the other point he/she must have tons of ideas inside mind. So don't judge only single question.
