Very family owned approach, not an ideal choice for people who want to explore HR opportunities. Its better to look for mid level to entry for ease of execution. Wasn't happy with the way this went during the interview process

in interview process first round was technical round with questions about basic computer knowledge experience in windows OS and ERP application support and then HR round with general discussion.
