You'll be interviewed at least twice in the process. There is an IQ written test. It is good to bring a hard copy of your resume and portfolio in case the interviewer (possible supervisor) would ask for it.

They will contact you for an invitation. It takes 1 whole day for the interview process. They are friendly, but I was not okay with my experience since I was not well accommodated since the HR was very busy at that time. It took hours of waiting. The process is as usual: filling up information, medical exam, HR interview, abstract test, and final interview with the plant manager. The salary offer is around 20k. I think it is okay for fresh graduates since you can learn a lot if hired.
