Confusing company structure, hr was under another company. Hr is very helpful and kind. Would be better approach if hiring managers info and contacts are added into the invitation, it shows at least you are wiling to make connections with candidates instead of hide behind the scene. Hiring managers are friendly, cheerful and human centered, no barrier to connect, just that they weren't sure what they want, and it took long time to keep candidate waiting which is not very nice. No clear hiring process and waiting time stated, it's a bad user experience here. And, respect the effort and time candidate put in, provide clear and actionable feedback instead of generic reply esp those stayed until last round.
It was in 2019 where they asked to do onsite interview. There were 2 persons where 1 is the manager and another architect guy. They asked to do answers the questions on the paper. Then asked to describe a logic without using library. Unlike the architect guy where explained patiently, but the manager asked and explained like describing how clumsy you are because didn't understand the explanation! When you are dealing with typical of this person, you will know what will the situation once you are in the company.
