Interview
I applied through college or university for apps associates company.Firstly there will be a written test where it consists of three sections aptitude,logical and technical, 15 questions from each section and there will be a sectional cut off. Actually it's an off campus drive so 8 to 9 colleges appeared for written test but only 60 students qualified for next round. I am one of them among 60 students so we were called for technical Interview on next day.

Question 1
They have asked mostly from Java and DBMS and your academic projects and they asked to write some basic programs in either C language or Java.Actually the interview process is too easy but totally unfair. No proper judgement or evaluation of students. Few students were evaluated and sent to other rounds without any proper evaluation. The head of this process cannot handle the students and their skills properly. Such useless evaluation. They concentrated on only one college students and totally made unfair for others.
