Manhattan Review interview questions

Two rounds of interviews. Good homework on the companys core business helped in cracking the interview. One senior level management took the first round and the second round my MD of the company. Its more about the self confidence and approach.

1 telephonic round and 1 face-to-face interview. Response was delayed. Unorganised management sector. HR is falsely blaming top management people for not selecting candidates. No honest and open environment in the organisation.
