The first round interview was very easy going. It is a 1v1 conversation with Kari, the company president. It is a small company, so the 1v1 time allows Kari to explain the role and the company, and learn more about you.

Interview
It started with a 30 min phone interview. They asked me about my work history and direct experience to the job. All very relevant stuff. They asked about my personal interests. After the phone interview was completed, they gave me a design task to complete.
