It took 3 months from application closing date to get confirmation of an interview. Interview itself was standard questions about previous customer service experience and how to deal with difficult customers/enquires

Interview process was average, an assessment followed by an interview. They made me comforatble and overall experience was good. They asked about your skills that aligns with the role followed by few competency based questions.
