I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Management Solutions (London, England)
Interview
Applied at a careers fair my uni organised back in September and they called me in early Feb to schedule an assessment centre for the following week. The assessment centre involved a numerical test with no calculator (fairly easy but time pressured) and a group exercise given by HR over skype. The exercise was to discuss and present a potential new market for H&M that made use of its current capabilities.
After passing this stage, there is a skype interview with HR that seems more for evaluating one's personality and a couple of course-related questions. I am now schedule for the manager interview this week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you study in the UK?
Describe yourself in 3 adjectives.
How happy are you with your academic performance?
I had a negative experience. I felt that the interviewer was cold and eager to make negative assumptions about me and my resume. I did not get a strong sense of company culture from either of my 2 interviews. I am happy how things turned out, but i personally did not have a positive view of this company from the individuals I met with.
