The interview was scheduled at 10:00 AM, and I arrived early. However, I was not attended to until around 10:20 AM, when an HR representative briefly came in to collect photocopies of my academic and employment documents, and requested original copies for verification.
Despite already being a university graduate, I was still asked to provide HKDSE results. The invitation email also contained a typo (“HKDES”), which was surprising for a professional HR team.
There was no apology for the delay, and both HR and reception staff appeared indifferent throughout. After waiting until 10:40 AM with no updates or communication, I decided to leave.
Overall, the experience showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time and poor coordination
