I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Mammoth Digital (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2017
Interview
My first interview was a phone interview with 3 people and they seemed unsure as to what they were really looking for. Thought it went well. A month and a half later, the CEO reached out informally on LinkedIn, which I thought odd. I then came in and met with the CEO and his assistant. The assistant was very nice and welcoming, as was the CEO. I asked many questions as I was leaving a company I care a lot about to join what I thought would be a great team. I expressed concern with my ability to do my job effectively with out a few standard buying programs and research. I was told that they would provide all the tools needed to do my best work. I was sold! Before my first day I was aggressively encouraged to attend Monday morning meetings will before my first day on payroll. Then I was to provide my own computer. Then when I requested my tools I expressed in the interview, I never got them. It was a cluster from the word go.
Avoid Mammoth if you can!!

Interview
The interview process was great. My initial interview was with 2 employees of the company and they asked me the standard questions one would expect to be asked in an interview. The second interview was with the CEO as well as the 2 individuals I interviewed with previously. I felt comfortable and at ease in both interviews.
