Interview
Insgesamt fanden drei Gespräche statt. Das erste Gespräch führte ich mit HR, das sehr gut strukturiert war und mir einen umfassenden Überblick über die Rolle, die Aufgaben und den Bewerbungsprozess gab. Im Anschluss erhielt ich eine Case Study, die klar verständlich und zeitlich gut machbar war. Der nächste Schritt war ein angenehmes Gespräch mit meinem potenziellen Lead, in dem wir ausführlich die fachlichen Anforderungen und Erwartungen der Position besprachen. Abschließend traf ich die beiden Gründer, die sich viel Zeit nahmen, um mich kennenzulernen.

The interview process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. From the initial application to the final offer, everything was handled with a sense of urgency and respect for my time. The communication was clear, and they provided honest feedback at every step. The interviewers were professional and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for both sides.

Short and to the point; good response time. Did a self evaluation test, interview with a recruiter but didn’t get picked for the next round. I knew within a couple of days after the interview that I didn’t get it.
