Easy process. The first call is with the recruiter and second is an on site interview. You meet with team member, manager, director, and VP. The questions are centered around your experience in sales.

Straight forward interview process asking about key metrics such as average deal size, sales cycle, etc. 100% channel organization so experience with local and national VARs was asked. Went through initial phone recruiter, meeting with your would be manager, then VP for final sign off

Panel interview with 6 individuals. 3 team members, 1 manager, 2 directors. Total process took 2 weeks. Very professional, casual attire for in person interview, free beverages and snacks.
