There was suppose to be a phone interview but they just combined it with my in person interview. After that they ask for you to do a tour of the building. Super Amazing Company that you can just tell loves their employees.

I had a three-step process interview. First initial phone interview with basic questions about background. Second interview you are invited into the office to meet with the department heads and asked more detailed questions revolving around the Malouf values. Third interview you are invited back to tour Malouf and a couple more questions. Everyone was extremely nice and the Malouf office is amazing.
