Upon entering the office I was greeted rather unenthusiastically by the Office Coordinator who seemed both aloof and fairly haughty in her demeanor. After waiting awhile in the reception area, I was ushered into a conference room and the interview began. My immediate impression was largely negative and by the interview's completion nothing changed my initial impression. I was not afforded the opportunity to ask any meaningful questions regarding the firm and the tone of the staff seemed a mixed bag of authoritarian bluster and snarky condescension. Once finished, I was shown out and while I usually make it a point to follow up with a thank you email, for this place I didn't even bother. Surprisingly, they made on offer, but their terms were so ridiculous as to be laughable (average pay, benefits, and no overtime pay). Naturally, I declined and without regret.
