The HR manager was friendly, but unfortunately, the process felt disorganised; the initial interview was repeatedly rescheduled or forgotten. About a month after the first interview, I finally had a second one. Despite following up a couple of weeks later, I never received any response or update. Not receiving any communication, especially after multiple interviews, felt disappointing and unprofessional.
