The interview process was smooth, professional, and very human. I had three rounds — first with the GM, then with the Founder, and finally with HR. Each interview had a different focus: the first explored my sales and client management skills, the second focused on my understanding of luxury and creativity, and the last covered company culture and values.
Everyone was welcoming and genuinely interested in my background. The Founder, in particular, shared a lot about the company’s vision and expectations, which helped me understand the high standards and passion behind Maison 21G. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal test, and I left every discussion feeling inspired and motivated to join.
