Interview
1st interview with HR VP and all good.
2nd interview with a young professionalist from diff division and location who was not too much aware of needs for position, nor prepared.
Overall strange, unprofessional and unorganized.
The company didn’t give me any feedback for weeks , then said I'm not a good fit just like that. Months later …they are still searching for a replacement.

Interview
It was an interview that gave a good overview of the company with thorough explanation of what they were specifically looking for. It got into technical skills that would be required to complete the work including specific programs that knowledge was required to perform the job responsibilities.
