Interviewing with MainStreet is no joke! They work hard to find the best employees for the open positions. The interview process consisted of an extensive online personality test which was required in order to submit my resume. I was then contacted by the owner for a phone interview. We then scheduled an in-person interview which included both owners and two management team members. We then scheduled an additional interview with myself and the two owners.
The process was extensive but in the end, the process not only found a great fit for the company, but also for me!
