Their interview process is full trap . they will call u for the interview process and waste 2 days of time and effort and make u go through interact with 5-6 senior management ppl who have never worked on digital product management.... and later they ghostly . Mostly their team is their other Mahindra automative division and worked in TCS and now holding a position of general manager in this company Post screening they will say that you have to directly report to their head but with band of L7 which is the most junior level band so you will take another 10 years to match to market standards.
