A very experienced lady (as she called herself) reached out to me, Was rude to say the least. Outright refused to take my application forward as I didn't have a native place (as per her) apprantley having three generations born and bought in Mumbai does not qualify Mumbai as my native place. However I still don't understand how my native place whatever it might be is anyway relevant to my skills and experience in the HR field. Pro Tip: Keep Birth Certificates of last 4 generations handy
